EXCHANGES

 

If you'd like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you desire. This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of date purchased. 

  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit when sent back to us.

  • Merchandise must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

    • * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be refused or offered a partial refund.

    • *Please note that it may take 1-12 business days to process your exchange from the date we receive your return.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
